WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES?
USA and Canada: 10 - 14 days
Oceania: 7 - 21 days

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER? WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!
Sometimes, after you get the notification that your order has shipped, your tracking number may not pull up any information. This is normal, and it all depends on how quickly the post office updates your tracking number after it ships. Please check back on it in a few days.
WHY DID I RECEIVE ONLY ONE OF MY MATS?
Do not be alarmed, sometimes our products are shipped separately. This is in an effort to save on shipping costs so that we can keeping shipping FREE for all of our customers! If you were given an order number for each Heaven Patch, there will also be a personalized tracking number for each product, so that you can see when the next one will arrive.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please also allow a few extra days for shipping during the holiday season as we are not responsible for shipping delays. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation. We are not responsible for orders that are confirmed as delivered by the postal service tracking number, but if your tracking status is delivered and you have not received your order we will expedite you another product free of charge.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Yes! We ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. No shipping cost & no sales tax - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, CAN I GET A REFUND?
In rare cases, products may become damaged in transit. If that's the case, please email us at email@example.com with pictures of the damage and we will replace your order or issue you a full refund immediately.
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I RETURN IT?
In the case that you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right immediately. We rely on repeat business and will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied. Refunds are sent upon the receipt of returned goods.
Please send us an e-mail requesting your refund. We will then provide the address to our return center, which is based in the United States. Please note, customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
